WFM — Resource Planner and Scheduler


Core purpose: Workforce planning/support role focused on forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.


Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain staffing forecasts
  • Create and adjust schedules
  • Analyze historical and trend data for staffing needs
  • Support capacity planning and labor optimization
  • Work with operations on schedule changes and planning
  • Help ensure the right coverage across shifts and programs
  • Support reporting around staffing and attendance trends


Profile / expectations

  • More of a shared resource than a dedicated full-time role
  • Less time-sensitive than RTA
  • Good fit for someone who can support multiple queues/accounts
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
