Resource Mobilization Manager

The Resource Mobilization Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives to secure financial and non-financial resources that advance Aboitiz Foundation’s mission of co-creating safe, empowered, and sustainable communities.

This role shall lead the development and execution of strategies to engage international and local donors, development agencies, multilateral institutions, philanthropic foundations, and impact investors, to support the Foundation’s flagship programs under its future leaders, jobs and climate action pillars.

The Manager will also build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with donors, corporate partners, government agencies, NGOs, and other key stakeholders, to align funding opportunities with the Foundation’s impact goals.
