**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Resource Manager** to join our team onsite in **Chesapeake, VA** .
The Resource Manager will play a critical role in providing portfolio-level visibility, enabling effective resource planning, and supporting financial forecasting across projects. This position works closely with leadership, production, and engineering teams to ensure personnel alignment, data integrity, and optimized funding utilization.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Serving as the central point of coordination for portfolio resource planning by owning and maintaining the master schedule across all projects
+ Bridging gaps between teams to enable resource leveling among new projects, shifting government priorities, and evolving mission requirements
+ Coordinating personnel reallocations between production and engineering teams when projects are initiated or priorities change
