The Role
As a Resource Executive, you will support resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce optimization across the team. You will work closely with resource managers and the wider team to ensure efficient utilization of resources while proactively resolving capacity challenges.
Key objectives:
Support in the strategic allocation of resources to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.Support with assessing team skills, training needs, and recruitment strategies.Support with implementing long-term workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals.Ensuring resource planning is complete and accurate.
