Resource Allocation Manager - REMOTE

We are currently looking for a Resource Planning & Allocation Manager - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in overseeing company-wide planning, resource allocation, and utilization management for a consulting organization with around 300 employees. The manager will ensure optimal deployment of resources while achieving utilization targets, balancing quality delivery, and maintaining employee satisfaction. This position involves strategic operations with a direct influence on revenue and organizational growth. Working within the operations team, the manager will coordinate between various practices and leadership teams to streamline resource allocation processes.
