MANDAI RESORTS PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary team in Singapore. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, at least 4 to 6 years of culinary experience, and knowledge of food safety standards. Responsibilities include mentoring kitchen staff, developing menus, and maintaining inventory.
