The Resort Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Playa La Caleta, ensuring excellent guest experience, efficient resort operations, environmental sustainability, and profitable performance. This role manages all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, activities, security, and guest services while maintaining the resort's eco-tourism standards and brand values.
