Resort Cleaning Assistant Manager (Maternity cover)

The Resort Cleaning Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and managing all cleaning operations across all the resort outside of the guest accommodation areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. You will support and coach the team to ensure they deliver a great experience and are also driving any key metrics relating to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to all areas.
