Resilience Architect

• Review projects in Enterprise and other Architecture Boards and champion the adherence to resilience policies and standards for new and existing solutions.
• Lead and/or participate in reviews of existing/implemented solutions in production, to establish adherence to resilience posture and determine deficiencies and improvements.
• Participate in the discussion, elaboration and maintenance of architecture guidance and governance artifacts in the domain of technology resilience.
• Advise and support architecture teams on designing resilience systems and adhering to the resilience mandate in the organization.
• Contribute to the analysis of major or recurring incidents (postmortem reviews) where deficiencies in architecture/engineering, are identified as a key contributor to the failure (root cause identification).
