We are looking to recruit two motivated, person centered, Residential support workers to work in our progressive 'Outstanding' short break service supporting children and young people who have a learning disability, autism and / or physical disability. The post holder would work 25 hours per week on a rota basis.

Due to Ofsted Guidance regarding staffing standards, the candidate must be over the age of 21, more information can be found here. They also must have significant experience of supporting children and young people with these types of needs and have experience of working in a residential setting.
