Essential Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers via phoneor emailtoidentifyand resolve a wide variety of issues and inquiriesregardingproduct availability,order fulfillment,change orders,programs,pricing,andpolicies.

  • Investigate,document,and administer product warranty programs including credits,replacementsand return material authorizations. 

  • Enterandmodifycustomer ordersinthe business operating systeminan accurateandtimelymanner.
