Position Summary

The RSS is a key player in the communication and marketing aspect of our sales team with a focus on increasing sales and market share in addition to achieving territory sales goals based upon business plans. The RSS is responsible for generating new relationships with K&B as well as maintaining existing relationships by providing customer service, updates, and sample maintenance. The RSS sets up tower displays, counter racks, etc. and follows up with clients on a regular basis, keeping the working relationship thriving and constant. Always looking for new venues to promote our company and product, the RSS uses his/her resources to find new ways to bring sales to the Territory Manager and company.
