Position: Residential Estimator & Contract Administrator (WA Specialist)

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Setup: Work from Home / Office-based

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM PH Time Zone

Holidays to follow: Western Australia (WA)

Salary Budget: Php 45,000.00 – 70,000.00 gross salary package

We are seeking a versatile Estimator to support our client in Western Australia. This role goes beyond simple take-offs; you will be a key player in the project lifecycle, handling both double brick estimations and contract administration for our Western Australian residential projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
