Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high standard of legal advice and client service.Generate new business and build long-term client relationships.Meet agreed fee income and performance targets.Keep up to date with changes in conveyancing legislation, regulations and best practice.Maintain compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements and risk management procedures.Accurately record time and manage files using the firm’s case management system.Ensure effective financial management of files, including billing and the collection of monies on account.Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider success of the property team. 9:00am – 5:15pm (36.25 hours per week)
