About the Homes Based across 3 childrens residential homes within close proximity of each other in Basildon Young people are typically aged 1417, although placements can be accepted from age 11+ Services support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Shift Patterns Candidates must be flexible to work both day and night shifts: Day shifts: 8am 8pm Night shifts: 8pm 8am The service will always try to accommodate staff preferences where possible, however flexibility is essential.
