Job Description

Resident User Support focuses on assisting end users with resident-facing features of the product. This is a higher-volume, more streamlined support role. Key Responsibilities Handle resident support inquiries via phone and digital channels. Assist users with basic product questions and issues. Escalate unresolved issues as needed. Handle Spanish-language calls routed from the US and other regions. Follow defined support workflows and documentation standards. Requirements Requirements Good English skills required initially. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to handle high call volumes calmly and efficiently. Prior call center or customer support experience is a plus.
