Resident Technical Officer

Job Description & Requirements To assist carrying out regular supervision of structural, Architectural and Mechanical & Electrical installation works in respect of projects/s under your charge. To ensure that all structure, Architectural and Mechanical & Electrical installation works at site are carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-law and contract specifications. To assist the Architects/Engineers to supervise the contractors and co-ordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness. To ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans emanating from Architects/Engineers. To submit site reports on projects performance and progress on a weekly basis. Maintain consistency in the inspection. Highlight potential impact to quality defects. At least 3 years in the supervision of Building projects in Singapore, preferably of Architectural trade.
