Job Brief
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / System Administrator for a short-term, high-impact 3-month contract role. The engineer will serve as a resident senior technical resource, responsible for stabilizing, optimizing, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure.
This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Proxmox clusters, enterprise server environments, system patching, performance tuning, and infrastructure security. The selected candidate must be capable of independently handling complex environments, ensuring operational continuity, and delivering clearly defined outcomes within a limited timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, deployment, optimization, and administration of Proxmox clusters (mandatory), including HA, storage, and VM lifecycle management.
Manage end-to-end server lifecycle operations for Microsoft Windows Server (2020 and above) and enterprise Linux distributions.
