Resident Relations & Escalations Manager

Aljunied-Hougang Town Council in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist walk-in residents and manage feedback effectively. Responsibilities include responding to emails and calls, as well as collaborating with external agencies on cases.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be IT savvy, and be capable of working independently, especially during on-site case attendances. Working hours involve Mondays to Fridays with an occasional Saturday shift.
