Overall Responsibility:
Arora Engineers, LLC has multiple openings throughout the US. Responsibilities include making extensive and comprehensive on-site observations of the work in progress, determining if the work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents, and making field checks of materials and equipment incorporated into the work.
Essential Functions
Be the Owner’s Agent or Representative on site.
Monitor the subcontractors performing the work through the prime contractor.
Review the progress schedule, schedule of shop drawing submittals, and schedule of values prepared by the contractor.
Attend meetings with the contractor, such as pre-construction conferences, job progress meetings, job conferences and other project related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of meeting minutes.
