Resident Physician

The Role

• Providing high quality medical service to walk-in & emergency patients
• Providing adequate coverage to ensure 24 hour operations at hiring facility
• Providing medical support to the hospitals as required and directed by management
• Administrative duties as required in support of the medical services in A&E and other areas e.g. vetting and acknowledging of results, medical reports, performance appraisals, Internal & External Audits
• Providing support to the other portfolios of A&E Services as required

Key accountabilities

• Clinical competency and Professionalism according to company standards
• Follow-up and close on findings (e.g. abnormal lab / radiological findings, patient complaints etc) in a timely manner
• Follow-up and close on feedback from clients, specialists, supervisors, colleagues and peers
