Resident Mill Inspector


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Mill Inspector to oversee the manufacturing of line pipes in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This full-time, on-site role is critical in ensuring compliance with project specifications, international quality standards, and client expectations throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in pipe mill inspection, welding, coating, and nondestructive testing (NDT), contributing to the successful delivery of a major line pipe project.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive resident inspection support at the line pipe manufacturing facility.
  • Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect and support review of welding processes, including SAW and ERW techniques.
  • Support coating inspection activities, including FBE, 3LPE, and 3LPP systems.
