About The Role

We're launching a new contract in Winchester and are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join WPS.

You will be the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed, supported and reassured throughout works. This is a people-focused role where clear communication and strong relationships are key to success.

What You’ll Do

• Build positive relationships with residents and handle queries
• Keep residents informed about works, timelines, and access needs
• Coordinate access to properties
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Log and manage complaints effectively
• Share updates via meetings, newsletters, and drop-in sessions
• Flag resident needs or vulnerabilities to site teams
