Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced
Resident Engineer – Workspace
to provide onsite and remote Level 3 technical support for an enterprise-scale
Workspace ONE (Omnissa/VMware)
environment.

This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and proactive system maintenance to ensure a stable, secure, and high-performing digital workspace environment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Workspace ONE UEM expertise, endpoint management experience, and the ability to independently manage incidents and improvements in a production environment.
