Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead site supervision as the official site supervisor appointed by the Qualified Person (QP) to ensure compliance and safety across civil, structural, and mechanical/electrical works
  • Develop and implement detailed inspection and test plans to monitor quality control for infrastructure operations including pipe jacking, deep excavations, bored piling, and jet grouting
  • Review and verify contractor documentation such as Client’s Permit To Work (CPTW) checklists and instrumentation records to ensure adherence to safety standards under Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations
  • Monitor and enforce safety compliance on site to maintain a safe working environment aligned with regulatory requirements
Required Competencies and Certifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
