Resident Engineer (Pasay) - Electrical Engineer

Resident Engineer will oversee construction employees, manage daily logs, project documents, and material calculations. The role ensures appropriate materials are purchased and used in every construction project and compliance to safety regulations is a given.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and supervision of engineering activities, which include electro‑mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management.
• Support tenant’s utility requirements and promote and implement mall‑wide regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional license is required.

Experience Requirements

• Work experience in electro‑mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards.
