Job Description

As a Resident Engineer (Mechanical) at Aurecon, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. You will play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure and building projects, including mission-critical facilities like data centres.

Responsibilities

  • Site inspections and meetings: conduct inspections at site with authorities, operator, contractor, client, and other consultants.
  • Attending site and authority meetings.
  • Witness during testing and commissioning stage.
  • Witness all tests on site, sign off and obtain the test results.
  • Inspect and sign off all non-compliance reports issued for defective works.
  • Coordination and supervision: coordinating and assisting the Design Office Team Leader/Project Engineer in the performance of site technical duties.
