Our client is hiring for the position of Resident Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved IFC drawings and specifications.

• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and workmanship.

• Enforce strict quality control standards.

• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, method statements.

• Review contractor programs of work and cash flow forecasts.

• Track progress against baseline schedule.

• Manage snagging and rectification process

• Ensure submission of as-built drawings and handover documentation
