Resident Engineer

Role:

Provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and monitoring for LAN and ICT Security equipment at client premises. Ensure network and security systems operate efficiently, securely, and without disruption, while advising clients on current technologies and improvements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Technical Support and Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (CM) for all LAN and ICT security-related issues and logs.

• Provide on-site technical support for network and security equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Detect and monitor network traffic usage exceeding predefined thresholds.

• Maintain network and security equipment configurations and policies.

• Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities to restore normal operations promptly.
