Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and diligent
Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural)
to join our project team for a high-rise residential development at
Chuan Grove
. You will lead the site supervision team to ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and BCA/LTA regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Regulatory & Technical Oversight:
Supervise Earth Works, ERSS, Basement, PPVC, and Architectural finishes per
BCA regulations
. Carry out duties as QP representative as specified under BCA regulations and report to the project QP and Project Engineer. MRT & Rail Protection:
Manage foundation piling and excavations near MRT infrastructure. Ensure strict adherence to
Rail Protection Specifications
and monitoring regimes. Leadership & Coordination:
Manage the
RTO team
(rosters/duties). Chair daily monitoring review meetings with contractors to identify trend of concern and resolve technical issue. Contract A...
