THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Social Worker for a Welfare Home in Bukit Batok, Singapore. The successful candidate will develop and implement individualised care plans for residents and monitor their progress, ensuring effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.

A degree in Social Work is required, and experience in the social service sector is preferred. Note that working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, with the possibility of Saturday shifts once a month.
