POSITION SUMMARY Our Resident Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between residents, their families, and the care team, promoting a supportive and safe living environment. They support the Health and Wellness Director by assisting in scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring that systems are in place to provide quality assisted living services in all resident care areas. Duties include problem‐solving resident concerns and coordinating care with the team and external providers. Additionally, they help with medication administration and direct resident care when necessary.
