Become a Resident Assistant at Boyne Lodge, part of Southern Health-Santé Sud. Provide daily living assistance and promote a nurturing environment for residents.
In this permanent, in-person role, you will work under the supervision of nursing staff. Your focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for residents in a personal care home setting in Carman. Through caring engagement in daily activities, you will help maintain their dignity and encourage a fulfilling lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents in daily living tasks
