Resident Architect

Resident Architect

. Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an University recognised by Board of Architect, Singapore.

. Minimum 8-10 years' relevant site working experience.

. The Resident Architect will assist in the management and co-ordination of architectural related issues.

. Mature, possess leadership quality and have effective communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.

. Proactive mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate with the site team.

. Familiarity with handover and defect inspection processes for large scale infrastructure projects especially MRT works
