Job Description

The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Dubai seeks a dedicated guest services professional to respond to Residence owners and guests, arranging transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning, and providing accurate information about the property and local area amenities.

You will announce visitors, coordinate with engineers, bell staff and housekeeping, assist with reservations and elevator scheduling, and perform Lobby Ambassador duties while maintaining safety and high service standards.
