**Description**
SAIC is seeking a Reserve Integration Program Analyst provides program support and process improvement for the coordination and integration of Reserve component personnel within a large organization. This role supports strategic readiness initiatives, program oversight, and assists in the development, tracking, and reporting of force management activities. The analyst works alongside senior managers to ensure reserve activations, allocations, and readiness assessments are efficiently managed, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness and agility in addressing operational requirements.

+ Program Management & Tracking: Maintain and update program trackers for all MARFORPAC Reserve activations (including status of related administrative and planning requirements).
