Reservations Supervisor

Minimum Requirements Hospitality qualification preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Reservations Supervisor within a 4 or 5-star hotel. Experience working in a high-volume reservations environment with strong revenue conversion. Proven leadership experience supervising, coaching and developing a reservations team. Strong knowledge of Opera Property Management System. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone and email etiquette. Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to analyse booking trends and support revenue optimisation. Guest-focused with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
