Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reports directly to the Assistant Reservations Manager.
  • Directly responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input in the computer system.
  • Work closely with all Front Office and Sales colleagues, providing lead advice and constant feedback concerning both enquiries and firm reservations.
  • Assists in maximizing the hotel’s occupancy potential, whilst protecting the hotel’s business mix.
  • Maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone.
Requirements
  • Secondary education
  • A positive and keen-to-learn attitude
  • Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services
  • Able to multi-task and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work shifts on Weekdays and Saturdays with Sunday off
