Job Description
A leading luxury hotel and lodge group is seeking an experienced Reservations Consultant to join its central reservations team based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
This role is ideal for a highly organised hospitality professional with extensive multi-property reservations experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing efficient administrative support while ensuring accurate bookings and seamless guest experiences across the group.
REQUIREMENT:

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a hospitality reservations department or tourism/travel call centre managing multiple properties
- Previous experience as a Reservations Consultant or similar role essential
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,...
