Job Description
REQUIREMENT: RSA ID and legal residence essential Minimum 5 years' experience within a hospitality reservations department or tourism/travel call centre managing multiple properties Previous experience as a Reservations Consultant or similar role essential Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with PMS systems such as Nebula, eRes, Opera, and Apex advantageous Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail with excellent administrative skills Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-driven Professional presentation with a strong team-oriented approach KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage reservations across multiple properties accurately and efficiently Respond professionally to reservation enquir...
