Job Description

REQUIREMENT:
  • RSA ID and legal residence essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within a hospitality reservations department or tourism/travel call centre managing multiple properties
  • Previous experience as a Reservations Consultant or similar role essential
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with PMS systems such as Nebula, eRes, Opera, and Apex advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail with excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-driven
  • Professional presentation with a strong team-oriented approach
