We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by managing bookings, providing information about our hotel services, and maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques.

• Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide detailed information about hotel accommodations, rates, packages, and special offers to potential guests
• Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize room revenue and promote hotel services
• Enter and maintain reservation data in the property management system (PMS) with a high level of accuracy
• Follow up on guest requests and inquiries within 24 hours of receipt
