  • Manage, respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and third-party channels
  • Process group and corporate bookings in coordination with the Sales Department
  • Handle reservation modifications and cancellations, following hotel policies
  • Maintain strong relationships with tour operators and booking channel partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up
  • Follow data protection, payment security, and confidentiality standards
