Job Description

As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth booking process and delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for handling reservations and enquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
