Reservations Agent

POSITION PURPOSE: The Reservations Agent will offer support through all aspects of a guest reservation. Requirements of this position including but not limited to, direct contact with guests over the telephone, email inquiries, product knowledge of the hotel packages, facilities and surrounding area, internal requests, upselling guests to higher room categories, candidate must be professional, and efficient. Proficiently selling of the hotel, while maintaining the current hotel strategies.
