We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join our Reservations Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing booking and reservation services to customers over the phone or via email, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle booking and reservation inquiries from customers over the phone or via email
  • Assist customers in making and modifying reservations according to their preferences and needs.
  • Process payments and send confirmation details to customers promptly and accurately
  • Address any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations, ensuring swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the hotel personnel to coordinate guest stays, ensuring all requests are accommodated and guests have an excellent experience
