We’re looking for a passionate and driven Reservation Supervisor to join the Mamaka Hotel Bali family.

In this role, you’ll lead the daily operations of our Reservations team, ensuring every booking is handled accurately while maximizing occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee reservation processes, support revenue strategies, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service from the very first guest interaction.

With your strong attention to detail, commercial mindset, and leadership skills, you'll play a key role in driving performance while creating memorable guest experiences.
