Job Description

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business.
  • IATA Certificate mandatory.

Role Highlights:

  • Experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service (voice or blended process).
  • Working knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo preferred.
  • Experience in outbound calling or lead conversion preferred.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts is mandatory.
