Job Description

As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to stay at our prestigious 5-star hotel in Ashrafieh. You will manage room bookings efficiently while delivering exceptional guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards. Your role is critical in maximizing occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and in person.



Enter and manage bookings accurately in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).



Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and special promotions.



Upsell rooms and services to optimize revenue.



Confirm and follow up on reservations, special requests, and guest preferences.



Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments for seamless guest experiences.
