Research Technician

Introduction Chevron Phillips Chemical is seeking a motivated Research Technician to join our Polyolefins Technical organization in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. This role supports catalyst development programs that underpin the company's polyethylene and polypropylene product lines and influence the performance and competitiveness of our global polyolefins business. The successful candidate will work closely with chemists and engineers to execute laboratory and bench-scale experiments, operate and maintain research equipment, and generate high-quality data to guide technical decisions.
